kristenmurrer Hi. It looks like you sent me someone else’s order? I got two dresses (rainbow Hanna Andersson and another dress). I had ordered bearpaw boots from you which I got earlier this week but then another package just got delivered (the dresses). I’m not sure what to do. Thanks.

esungmimec @kristenmurrer Oh no! I am sorry. I must have somehow printed the wrong label. On top of that the USPS scan doesn’t even shop up in my account. I’m not sure what to do either. Do you have items you are mailing any time soon? Curious if I could email you the shipping label if so and refund you the cost of the boots as a thank you? Open to other ideas as well...

esungmimec @kristenmurrer Firstly, thank you for being nice about this and open to that suggestion. I apologize again for the inconvenience. I was wondering the same about a more private/direct message. I will write Poshmark and see if they have a solution as well and get back to you ASAP. Gosh, I feel dumb. Lol.

esungmimec Update: The recipient knows the situation and is okay with the dresses arriving late. I wrote to Poshmark via the app and am waiting for a response. They said response times are slower on the weekends, which is not surprising and okay :)
