msrose920 Ms Jessica, you just made a purchase from me for girls flats and just not sure why you would comment that I could improve ship time and rated me a 3 stars when I shipped your package the NEXT day after your purchase! I especially pay attention to ensure I ship next day, it was being mailed from Texas and you are in NY. And unfortunately have no control over USPS. Thank you.

glasslady2017 I beg to differ with you. You ordered on a Sunday and I shipped 9 am tuesday as i was out of town until Monday evening. Those shoes had Never been worn and i KNOW they were not broken. Thank you very much
