jessica10808 @poochk Jen. Did you try the shoes on? The size runs much larger. I'm a size 9 and I was advertised to buy this size. They just turn out to be slightly shorter as I mentioned to you and that's why I set it as 8.5. If you measure the bottom length, you will know that it actually corresponds to your size.

jessica10808 @poochk Jen, I would never list a size that is not true to the actual shoes. To defend my integrity as a seller, we can have poshmark team in to do the measurements. I can definitely accept your return, but I can also confidently say that this pair is not for a size 7/37.5.

jessica10808 @poochk Jen, I'm size 39 and I tried those shoes on. They fit me and they are just tiny bit small. And I also asked my friend who is size 38 to try them on and they are slightly bigger for her. So I'm very certain that they are size 38.5. And I also measured them. I have already sent my report to Poshmark. I believe Poshmark will be able to fairly judge this for us.

jessica10808 @poochk Jen, one thing I would really appreciate from you is respect. All the yelling and calling me "insane" are hurtful and unacceptable. They also don't help the case.There is absolutely no reason for me to cheat you over a pair of $23 shoes, as you can tell from the collection in my closet. I listed the size of this pair based on my measurement and trying on of this pair of shoes.

jessica10808 @poochk Also, about the 2 week wait, you originally promised to pay by the Tuesday of that week, but it didn't happen. I waited until Thursday but still no update/purchase. I left Friday morning for a week trip and later that day you made the purchase. I replied you immediately informing you the earliest day that I could mail you the shoes, which is right after I come back and I did as promised.

I feel that I did the best I can as a seller to inform/update you and I don't think I deserve any form of personal attack as seen in your communication. I understand that you as a buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase, we could settle in a calm and respectful way that doesn't involve hurting people.

jessica10808 @poochk To be honest with you, I am also very confused about this sizing problem. The only possible explanation that I could think of is that there is a difference between a US 8.5 (which I assume you are based on your replies) and a EU 38.5 (which is by my standard). But when you select sizes, US8.5 is listed as equivalent as EU38.5 on this app. Regardless, as I said, I can accept your return, no problem. But I need to defend my integrity as a seller and i am really telling the truth.

jessica10808 @poochk I'm sorry, Jen, that this pair doesn't fit. I think there is a discrepancy between US and EU measurements, because I believe what you said about sizes. I'm also very confused about this. I think once I receive them, I will send them to Poshmark for validation of sizes, cuz I really don't know what size to re-list them for...
