tdgrace1 Hi there. I'm so sorry about the e-cigarette and ripped pocket. Please return the coat and I will return your money. Or, I can just mail you money and you can keep the coat. This is awful, and I apologize. I should have checked the pockets better. I try so hard to have great ratings. Please let me know what I can do. I'll also contact PoshMark. I have been crazy busy and over looked this. I'm so sad. I really am. I can't ever change this rating. I will always look bad, and I was trying so hard.

tdgrace1 I'm so sorry. I'm so mad at myself. There is no excuse. I have already contacted PoshMark. I have been trying so hard with my handmade jewelry, that I neglected the coat. I always make sure everything is washed or cleaned, and this time I missed on this one big time. I can't believe myself.

tdgrace1 Jessica, I emailed Posh. I told them that the jacket had a ripped pocket and a e-cig in I wasn't aware the jacket was dirty. I told them I can to return your money for the coat. They will probably need pictures of the ripped pocket and e-cigarette, and of the dirty parts of the jacket. I will say that I don't know how the jacket got dirty. I took the time to wrap the coat like a present, and I included a thank you card & bow. I take pride in my merchandise.
