fashionfauxpas hey Jessica tysm for the offer! what I will do is lower the $$ to $30 so you will get reduced shipping of $4.99 which would be almost the same as if u paid $28+7.10=$35.10 so pls lmk and will manually lower price to $30 then it will give discount shipping for a few hours after during which time u can purchase. it's a win-win as I will get to keep the extra few $ instead of it going to shipping. pls lmk when I should lower and then u would buy instead of making an offer
