jessica_o_ @alane0101 hi I’m so sorry! I dropped the package in the mail days after purchase and it seems to have gotten lost. I haven’t seen an update on any usps scan even tho I dropped it in the mailbox near my house. You can cancel if you like, I apologize for the inconvenience.

labelvoyage1 @jessica_o_ Hello - I’m sorry you were not happy with the scarf. Rest assured, all our scarves are 100% brand new and are also sold in our storefront in Wisconsin. They are not laundered in any way and are kept in sealed boxes when being stored when not on the showroom floor. Your scarf was one that came from a sealed container. Our scarves do not have price tags in an effort to keep the integrity of the cashmere. Thank you.

js78133 I’ve had this box less than a month I have receipts from the manufacture and yet seller left me a three rating stating one of the items description . I do not open the boxes that are sealed. If I can see an expiration it’s shown. This item was purchased from the manufacturer I sold it less than 50% and these ratings are unfair ✌🏻
