@jfrost75 the reason I ask is because when I first started there was this girl that really likes my anti wrinkle eye cream that I make. They sell for $5 a piece and she suggested that I bundle them together and sell for four of them for $15 and so forth. She wanted to order some more eye cream but she didn't have the credit yet. So she suggested a trade. At the time I wasn't interested in trading at all

@jfrost75 but since she was a return customer and had helped me figure a bunch of things out I thought I would go ahead and check her closet out and just pick out a few items and be generous and trade with her. I assumed ignorantly that the trade would not cost me anything. Because it was her that wanted to trade if anything I thought it should cost me $3 maximum as my service fee to Poshmark.

@jfrost75 sorry for all the messages. I just thought since it was her that wanted to trade the maximum out of my pocket would be the $3 fee to Poshmark and she would pay the shipping charges. I ended up taking the brunt end of it, but when she found out how upset I was she canceled the transaction thank goodness.

@geogirl2011 so with a trade (Poshmark does frown upon them just FYI due to alot of people who "trade" then stiff the other side by not sending out their items) and there's no recourse for the other person other than getting their money back and losing all their stuff.

@geogirl2011 cont ...The way I learned about trading was from another Posher. You guys agree to the items you want to trade then you create a new listing mark it for $3.00 plus shipping then both people hopefully ship out their items. I always try to send proof of shipment to my traders as you can see like I just did today with a lady I'm trading with.

@geogirl2011 oh yeah no you gotta pay shipping too and that sometimes sucks but I sell alot on here and usually have money in my Poshmark account balance to cover shipping since the buyer has to pay it on both of ends

Then she said she needed to remove 2 items & I told her I would adjust the offer. Then she went on about how it was a tough choice because she wanted it all...

Then she goes on about how thankful she is and she will have the $ the next day (today). So I asked if she still wanted it & she said yes so I offered her $33 again...

We had great communication until she was ready to purchase. No explanation, just a counter. Should I just accept or decline? I'm only going to make like 25 on something I could have made 80+ on. Well after deals at least 50...

@geogirl2011 I'm horrible I guess because I would decline..and I don't give bundle discounts I will give private discounts after they create a bundle. I also don't really need to sell my stuff I'm doing it more because of my OCD and seeing all the stuff I have has gotten to the point where it bothers me...I would decline it and remove the seller auto discount and give discounts based on how much they bundle etc...just my personal opinion

@kloset_by_kay my oldest one we rescued from a local rescue she's 14 now (the white one) she's special needs but man she is full of pi$$ n vinegar, lol. the black one is my pride n joy he is 4 and we bought him from a local breeder and the blue one we just got from a breeder on the other side of the mountains here
