mdreis1969 Wow, Jessica❣️How old were you when you began your athletic training? I was pregnant for 2 years straight. I have been fit all of my life. Something happened!!! I think it's called "Age 47!" My friend from high school did the same thing as you. She competes, and boy does she look amazing! Well, I'm sick of this..I've always wanted to train. Do you have any recommendations on how to get started safely?

harpermason @mdreis1969 I was pregnant back to back too, it takes a toll on your adrenals & hormones. It affects the way your body reacts to the aging process. I wanted to get a jump on my fitness before it came difficult to manage. I started training for my first competition at 35.

harpermason @mdreis1969 If you are new to fitness, group fitness classes are a fun way to start. Diet plays a huge roll in weight loss and muscle gains. Where you begin depends on; your current fitness level and your goals. Figure out those things will help you begin whatever your fitness journey may be. Good luck 😘
