I definitely love still shopping plus size because I *know how hard it is to find the perfect clothes that look good at any size. 👗 just picked up some new plus size vintage pieces today, among other sizes. barejessica @kittydidit Another yogi-how wonderful. Since the program I do is a combo of yoga and Pilates I often get confused which one goes into what category. Either way-my back has never felt better. I only do 2-4 sessions a week for 30 mins. I'm a single mom so I don't even start till after 10pm-but boy does it let me sleep well. So nice to meet you!

barejessica @kittydidit I enjoy talking about it because I hope it might make someone else out there feel hopeful if they are also trying to lose weight. the first half (~50lbs) I only walked (very slowly in the beginning -like over 30 mins for a mile). My meal plan was only eat 3 meals a day. Now I follow the suggested eating included with the PiYo videos. It's 1300-1500 calories a day. That's how I lost the second half. I still have 1lb left to go!!

barejessica @hannahgrace17 Hey! Thank you!! I would love to have nice dreams. For 15-20lbs I super recommend 1 exercise. Youtube: kettlebell swing. 2 hand. 5 mins, 3x per day. Try to get as close to 6-7 days per week.
