whatlisaloved Sorry I wasn’t able to dry clean the dress! Everything in my area was & still is on lockdown because of COVID-19....so no dry cleaners are open. I feel awful about that ☹️

carolineeast Hi! I packed up the DVF wedges and wanted to make sure you saw all the pictures - they definitely have marks and stains throughout. Although I would still wear them and you can’t see the marks from a distance, and they are crazy discounted, I wanted to make sure you didn’t want to cancel with this info!!

jflos @carolineeast Hi. The stains on the outside of the shoes were as described. And the packaging looked like the shoes were just placed inside the box with some old tissue paper. But that’s fine because I don’t care about that. What I did care about is that delivery time took long and I also didn’t expect to see “ foot sweat & grime stains” inside the shoes. Could’ve done a little better at cleaning that. That’s all. Thank you! Have a great weekend🙂

jilgafresh Hi There. Not sure why you gave a 3 star rating for lack of cleanliness on the jacket. It was freshly washed with scent free detergent and did not come from a smoking household. I would appreciate if you reconsider the rating, as I work very diligently to maintain a good report with my buyers.

jflos @jilgafresh Hi. I am very sensitive to scents and odors, and just like I stated, the item had a strong scent and it did not smell like it came from a scent free detergent. I also am not saying that you smoke - perhaps incense of some sort? I had to air it out from the moment that I received it and it is STILL outside in my yard and yet, the scent has not been removed. I can change the rating if you like - but it is how I felt the moment that I received your package. And thank you for the note.

jilgafresh @jflos that would be great considering that bad ratings are meant for items that actually have major issues or undisclosed damage. Ratings based on buyer preference can have an unjustly negative impact on sellers & make it harder for them to make future sales. If smells are something that bother you, I would advise asking a seller about scents and details before making a purchase, so you can clarify your preferences with them before you buy & leave negative feedback.

jflos @jilgafresh well, I consider strong smells on a garment (that clearly does not smell like it was washed with a scent free detergent) a major issue regardless of my sensitivities. A seller should also disclose that little detail about items that they are selling so that the buyer is not surprised and disappointed when the item is received.
