kkirby80 @candyswirl2 I should’ve mentioned sooner, but just wanted to say a big thank you for being so considerate and classy while Posh takes their sweet time “reviewing” our case. I’m starting to see that there are others on here that seem to get a kick out of being tacky just for the heck of it, so I really appreciate you!!!

kkirby80 @candyswirl2 I’ve never returned anything either, although I’ve been tempted 🧐 I just wish I’d driven the 100 miles to Houston to take it to Tiffany for the free cleaning before sending!!! Kicking myself now :( I hope you hear back from them soon!!! I’ve still heard nothing about the technical question i mailed them :/

candyswirl2 @kkirby80 I took it to Khols to see if the jewelry department could get the tarnish off and she broke the chain. So, I'm not able to return it. So, I took it to Tiffany and they are.sending it off and cleaning and fixing it. Thanks.

candyswirl2 @kkirby80 no, Khols isn't paying for it. Tiffany's is going to clean it and repair it for $55, which really isn't bad I guess lol. But, yes, it's very beautiful. They cleaned the horseshoe in the store and it's very silver and shiny lol. Thank you!!
