kelsey_konz I had purchased the beautiful Betsy Johnson yellow ombré size 6 dress back in Fall 2019 and you never sent it and I had to cancel the order unfortunately because you wouldn't respond to any of my many messages.

kelsey_konz @jessicah990 It really devastated me. I've been extremely sick for 16 years (over half my life) and it was a dresss for a special occasion. I had paid for and bought the dress but it never got sent. You never answered my messages or questions as to what was going on. And them all of a sudden the order got canceled and I didn't know why... It was extremely unprofessional as a seller to not communicate and get your account back to working.
