thriftyatd So you bought a pair of black shoes but I miss labeled yours and another guys. You have men’s sneakers in your box. My apologies for the mix up. I’m happy to get it right. You can A: open it to confirm it’s incorrect and open a case to get a return label to send it back or you can write return to sender on the label without opening and refuse the package. It’s up to you. My apologies for the inconvenience.
