kimmiss Hi Jessica, As I was getting your bag ready to pack I see that the dust cover that your bag was in is not a Ralph Lauren dust cover, it’s a Patricia Nash cover. The only reason this would be is because it didn’t come with a dust cover. I always keep my bags in dust covers so I used whatever cover it fit in. I hope this is not a problem, if it is please let me know before I ship on Monday Morning. Once again I do sorry

kimmiss @jessjusme Hi Jessica, I see that you haven’t received your bag yet. I’m sorry it still hasn’t been delivered. I did ship it out to you on Monday morning as promised. I even asked the clerk at the post office when would you receive it and she stated to me that you would have it Thursday or Friday. I just wanted to reach out to you because I wanted you to have it for your event and I’m sorry that you didn’t get it on time. I have the receipt from the post office. It should not take this long.

jessjusme @kimmiss I’ve been watching it too. I’m hoping it isn’t list list in the post. I’m planning g on calling on it tomorrow because it hadn’t moved from NJ since the 28th 😕 Hopefully the USPS can locate it.

kimmiss @jessjusme I really hope so. I just can’t believe it’s stuck somewhere in NJ, that’s crazy. I hope you can get some answers and an actual delivery date. I feel so bad. I can’t imagine what’s going on.

kimmiss @jessjusme Hi Jessica, I just left the post office in Carmel, New York and asked the clerk what was going on with your package. She told me that it’s still in transit, which is ridiculous. She said it can still take a couple of days hoping that the next facility it reaches is in Missouri. I told her it was shipped priority, she said because of the pandemic it can take longer. I’m sorry, I never had this happen.

jessjusme @kimmiss I just got off the phone with USPS customer aerobics about 45 min ago and they said it appears to be lost in transit due to it not moving since the 28th from NJ. They advised you to file a lost insurance claim. They are busy though, because my callback wait time was over a hour. I’m probably going to have to request a refund.I don’t know what else to do, it just hasn’t moved from NJ at all since the 28th, it hasn’t even been scanned again within the NJ facility.

jessjusme I too am so sorry! It is unbelievable! I also had a pair of ugg slippers that was lost in Kansas City! I have 2 more pair in PM ordered that haven’t shipped & just advised sellers 2 buy insurance or cancel order. I’m using fedex or ups after this.
