javanna16 Hi! Upon wrapping up raincoat I noticed the vinyl looks scratched up. It was only worn once or twice so I don’t quite understand how that occurred. It’s noticeable when I hold it up to light so can’t really tell in pics. I don’t feel comfortable shipping without disclosing. If you are still interested I’d be happy to drop It about 30% to 15 for you. It will still be super cute on, I just want to be fully transparent!
