Hi, I would like to know why you don't think item is as described? It's exactly as described, size, shape along with photos. Can I ask what the issue is?

There are many stains on the coat, looks like spaghetti sauce splashed on it or something along with dried food in a few places, and 2 places where the fabric is torn. Has it been dry cleaned not sure if those stains would come out or not?
