oddremarks Hello! I am so sorry to hear about the dr. Martin’s you purchased!!!! I tried to thoroughly research the size conversion because these were made in the UK, but apparently they still weren’t true to the size conversion chart. Also, I compared them to another shoe 7 or a 7.5 and tried to be as accurate as possible! I sincerely apologize and if there’s anything in the future I can do to make it up to you, please let me know!!!!!!!

pinnymu @oddremarks Hi! Thanks for the follow-up. I was really bummed they didn’t fit because they are such great boots! Great condition! I usually fit US size 7 in Docs. I don’t know if it’s because they are an older “model”. Maybe they used to run smaller before.

oddremarks @pinnymu No problem! Yes, up and I’ve sold DM before and never had this issue. I know the conversion chart they use has usually worked fine for me, but possibly they did run smaller because the UK size 5 is a US 7... 😕 Again, I’m so sorry and I’m bummed that they don’t fit you!!!!! Apologies again!
