@fefelou oh my gosh... I’m so super sorry, so on the printed Poshmark label is it your address? With his name? This has never happened in the almost seven years I’ve been Poshmarking! He must be receiving a bra! This is crazy. I have no idea what to do, I’m contacting Poshmark. Thank you for being so kind! My sincerest apologies, and will make this up to you the best way I know how, just idk what to do yet. I’m so sorry! So, you got a large box with the hat? Are you in Chicago?

Oh I just reread your message! It sounds like I put the wrong label on the box. ): because you must of seen his thank you card, was confused how you know his name. But I see you asked if you should send to his address!
I contacted him and Poshmark and now I think I understand. This was my biggest posh mistake ever. I feel horrible! I will refund you if you’d like, but then the order cancels. Gotta take a deep breath, think it’s best to ship hat back... I cannot seem to get ahold of Timothy.

I did contact Poshmark via messages (only way), and it was about eight messages with pics.. think this is my mishap. I’m so sorry!!!!

Hopefully he will send it back, idk if he opened it yet but it says received. Sometimes customers don’t open right away. I hope you’re message alerted me before he opens it to find a bra and not a hat. Hoping he will just ship back and I will take care of the rest. In the meantime, would you like to be refunded or wait?

@bellacita I apologize for my delayed reply :/ Yes, the label is correct, my name & address but, a beautiful hat, instead of a bra. I bet Timothy was super surprised to see that brassier! :D No worries about the mixup, it happens, & you were obviously dealing with some serious inclement weather.

I am in Austin, TX. I will absolutely wait for the bra, no refund. My sweet postman said that because I opened it, I will have to pay to return it, and I absolutely don't mind but, that is why I was wondering if you wanted me to send it directly to Timothy?

Thank you for the reply. No apologies needed! I’m so sorry for this mishap. The past three days was in a Buddhist meditation conference and so obviously we had no telephone usage.
Besides the couple times (by habit) May have opened the app (recall that happened, I think), but closed it right away. I’m still waiting to hear from Timothy! In the meantime, it seems that you should have received a refund, did you? I’ll check my emails now for a reply from Poshmark.

Also, I have that other 36C bra, by Marilyn Monroe.. is happilt give it to you half off with free shipping for your help! Did you send the box back? Hopefully Timothy does so soon.. in that case I’d throw it in free and reship bra.. if/ when it’s received..unfortunately the one you ordered isn’t in my possession and it’s the only BJ in 36 C.

@bellacita Yes, I sent it directly to Timothy with the shipping label Poshmark emailed to me (I didn't realize they did that, great protocol!). Hopefully, they did the same for him, & he will ship it directly to me, so that we won't have to worry about an additional purchase. Yes, it is BEAUTIFUL! Exactly as you described. :D I sent an email to the poshmark support, and am waiting for a response. Because poshmark marked the order as "cancelled, sent to wrong address" it won't let me mark it as "accepted", where I am then prompted to leave a review. :/ Hopefully, they will get back to me promptly. I will keep an eye out for their instructions, let you know.
