Hey I just wanted to apologize for the delay in shipping out your shirt. Normally I ship everything out that day or the next day but I was on vacation and just got home the other day. I shipped it out as soon as I got home and the mail lady picked it up yesterday and said they will start tracking today. Again I sincerely apologize.

Hi Jessica! I wanted to reach out to you regarding your purchase of the velvet joe jeans. Unfortunately, when I pulled them out from storage, I noticed a rather large stain on the jeans. Not sure how the stain got there, but the stain did not want to come off after various attempts. I don’t want to ship you a damaged item:( so if ok with you, i would like to refund you in full. i am so sorry 😞
