jessicachristie @platina just got the package..grateful the USPS finally got it here! Thank you so much for the thoughtful note!! I’m sorry I don’t have any other way to contact you but maybe you can help..the sandals are in great condition just as you described but there is no serial number under the band indicating they’re authentic as the comments on the listing indicated. Not sure how to proceed as my options are to accept delivery or report an issue.. I apologize again, my hands are tied. Suggestion?

platina @jessicachristie I’m not sure what to do love. I have never sold anything not authentic or fake. These where gifted to me. If you want, if they don’t fit or they are uncomfortable you can ask for them to be returned and I’ll accept the return. I am so sorry. I am confused myself.

jessicachristie @platina ugh I’m sorry I hate this for both of us! I had a feeling that since they were gifted you just didn’t know. There are no hard feelings on my end at all! The sandals fit perfectly and are in great condition as I said before so I wouldn’t be opposed to keeping them I just wouldn’t want to pay the same price if you’d be open to renegotiate but again I’m not sure how to proceed with that on this platform.

jessicachristie @platina please don’t be! It’s honestly not a big deal, we will get it figured out. I sent a message to customer support asking for help on how to proceed. The automated message said it may take up to 24 hours for a response unfortunately but I will be in touch as soon as I hear from them!

jessicachristie @platina hey! No word from customer support yet but I’m pretty sure at 3 days they release the funds to you either way. Fine by me, I don’t really want to think about it anymore. Long story short, they initially approved the return with out addressing my actual inquiry on whether they could assist with authentication or not. Again I made clear to them I wasn’t interested in returning just seeking clarification/assistance.

jessicachristie When they finally responded to that specifically the short answer was no but they would approve the return. I dropped it after that and the window to send the return closed so I assumed it was a closed case.

platina @jessicachristie hi Jessica! I’m so so sorry to bother you. Poshmark still hasn’t released oyen y fir the slides. This is such a mess. I have been contacting them but they don’t respond anymore. They said to check with usps?!? They assumed you sent them back 😩 but payment says pending. Do you mind contacting them letting them know you decided to keep them please. I’m sorry to do this.
