saintsandaints I am.shocked you gave me a low rating on shipping. You placed the order on thw 25th and received on the 28th I am in California and you are in Iowa. I dont see how it could have made it any faster. I sealed it in plastic and used the longer boxes because it's a big backpack. If it was damaged upload a pic. I will file a report with USPS
