lolas_boutique_ @jmac526 hey there I’m glad you got the dress but I am so upset that you are not 5 star happy! It’s new with tags from the manufacturer, my home is very clean and I am so particular with my kids clothing and cleanliness. It’s upsetting to see could improve in that area. It could be the dyes I always notice a different smell with new boutique items when they arrive from the manufacturer but it’s NOT me. I promise you that. Continue.....

lolas_boutique_ I know it was wrinkled and I hated to send it that way but my husband was in a huge hurry the day it mailed out, I used to send the new boutique items such as that with a small piece of dryer sheet bc of the dyes or whatever it is in the fabric making it have a manufacturer smell but I got complaints bc of the dryer sheets! Sooooo I’m not sure what to do but I feel like I did my part in selling this to you and I’m so sorry it had a Smell i thought it would have went away by now continue....

lolas_boutique_ After washing it will not be there for sure. I guess I am immune to the smells by now as I didn’t notice it when shipping to you but I did when I got the batch order in. It has to be the dyes. But I can’t wash the new items so I’m not sure what to do. I do apologize huge to you for that! I am so embarrassed and feel terrible.
