if u canceled on ur end, it takes 48hrs for refund....but it would say canceld in my sales if u did on ur end, so maybe the email was just something from posh direct

@mdzubz oh ok that's weird. I didn't even know I had a package today. I just opened - wow I LOVE MY HELLO KITTY SHIRT and all my extras thank you!! I have fibromyalgia so sometimes it hard to get out of bed which is why I haven't been online the last few days. Seeing my beautiful shirt just made my day and all the extras, it was like Christmas! Thank you thank you 😊

@jracine74 if you go to the listing you want to share, upper right hand corner of your screen, there's a box with an arrow pointing out of the top~ click that, then select "share with my followers" from the drop down menu. Lmk if that doesn't help! 😊

@jracine74 I'm sorry you're having trouble... do you know where your main page is? At the top of that it says "your guide to posh". If you click on that, you can scroll down to "how do I share posh love" & it walks you through it there step by step with pictures. That's a great reference page for all FAQ's as well.
