kathykkandles Hi! I have been tracking the progress of your purchase of the lip pencil from me since February 1st. There are at least 20 or more entries! I don't know what the post office is doing with it! It was on its way to you at one point but now it looks like it is back in Phoenix. Ugh!!! I will try to find out better tomorrow what is going on.
