You probably should take time to ensure you are mailing the correct items to customers, then things such as this would not occur.

jkc168 Hi Jessica, you just purchased the black north face coat and as I was packing it I noticed that where the drawstring is missing on the inside of the coat the lining fabric was cut. It’s inside the coat and the cut is about 1 inch on each end. I’m so sorry I didn’t notice this before, I haven’t worn the coat in several years. If you want to cancel I totally understand, I will reduce price to $18.00 if you want to cancel and make a lower offer.
