Hi @jessicahelton7, you recently purchased the plaid UO dress from my shop (ty!) when I was packing it today to be shipped, I noticed a few quality issues (the dress has never been worn but the elastic in the back is "crunchy" like you sometimes see with older clothing). I don't feel comfortable selling it to you at full price but lmk if you still want it and I can refund you 50% of what you paid. If not, I'm happy to cancel the sale. Sorry for the hassle!!
