The 1907 watch looks like a nicer version of my grandpa's pocket watch.(He was a poor Missouri farmer, so his wasn't exactly a top dollar piece.) He was born in 1911 though, and carried it all the time. You brought that memory back for me. Thanks *smile*

Esp when you're big & can't find the cute stuff you want in your size... you tend to go overboard when you find things you like & I always shop for "someday"that will fit. That's why I have 3 closets & 7 huge totes filled w/ clothes. (Many of them never worn.) When I found what I liked I bought it in 2 or 3 colors & often in a few different sizes. This is helping to send my nephew to camp & to get my degree finished. I hope you have a great experience too. 😘 *Hugs*

deborahrn @sweetvelvet Jessica I sent you a note about my wt gain, etc...my arms are not looking good at all in the sleeveless tops...I love the ones I have...and I'm going to go through and see which ones have some sleeves...I'm not doing well with what's happening to me. There is definitely something wrong...I'm a nurse, and have been pregnant twice...but I never felt my stomach literally swelling to the point I look 9 months preg...and I get short of breath.

deborahrn I'M going to my Gastrointestinal md. And have an Endoscopy. I'm very worried. I know only a few things can mimic these symptoms and none of them are good. I'm praying that the least of these is a severe hernia that has broken thru and when I eat my stomach actually pushes through and pushes against my diaphragm. This could explain the severe shortness of breath. I'm not doing well.

deborahrn I've also almost stopped sleeping...thyroid again could cause this...I had a terrible scare this morning at 5am...I almost caught the kitchen on fire. This is not me at all. I only remember getting up after falling asleep about 4 this am...and going to get water...I thought I'd have an early breakfast so I could meet my daughter later...I put a fry pan on ,put olive oil turned it on to cook an egg...And I don't remember anything but waking up to a severe chemical smell and smoke.

deborahrn I am use to responding to fires due to working in the Correctional Institutions. ..but I panicked. My husband is a hard sleeper and because of not feeling well I've been resting on sofa...so he couldn't hear me screaming. He only has one ear functioning from accident. I got to the pan that was in fire and BY the Grace of God the oil being olive has a very low smoke point...the pan was a Teflon kitchen aid...it was burnt black...but did not go outside that pan...

sweetvelvet @deborahrn My mom had a situation where her stomach was swelling out & she got a lot of pain & severe heartburn & burped loudly & uncontrollably for no apparent reason. They did exploratory surgery & even took out her gall bladder & it fixed nothing. They never found the cause. It's lessened a little over the yrs but mostly she's learned to live with it & strategies to help a little. I pray you will have better doctors & much better results. 😘💜

I think handwritten notes seem more personal, but a couple yrs ago my hands started cramping up & shaking pretty badly when I write. Now a lot of times my writing can be really hard to read, so I think it's a lot easier to read the typed letters. 😊😘💜👼🌸

sweetvelvet @deyciosofio Hi. Thank you for the watches. They arrived today, but there was a little problem when I was testing them. (Both pink watches are to be gifts, so I paid extra attention to them.) The light pink watch has a black spot inside the case, up near the 11, which I can't really get a clear picture of bc of the angle of the glass. If it were a darker color it wouldn't matter so much, but its clearly visible against the light pink face....

sweetvelvet @deyciosofio The dark pink watch has a similar, but even more noticeable flaw. There is a large black spot in the metal on the 7, as well as a slice w/ a piece almost torn out of the small piece of faux leather that keeps the band in place. If they were something I bought used for myself it wouldn't matter as much, but since I bought them new to give as gifts, I can't really now. I will gladly send you pics to show you what I mean. Just let me know what you want to do. Thanks.

fashionsontrend @sweetvelvet oh they are my loves..my older guy Austin (11) has such bad arthritis and I take him for cold laser therapy every week. We just started really expensive injections just last week to try to help him even more. My other one grizzy- bear (3) is just a snuggle bunny

sweetvelvet @hlayos99 Oh. I'm sorry for Austin. It can be so hard when they start getting older and even though they aren't feeling sorry for themselves, we seem to do all their worrying for them. I can tell you have a generous heart and take great care of them. I call my babies "love sponges", so I know exactly what you mean. Cherishing every moment with them is all we can do in the end. I hope Austin's therapy is able to give him a higher quality of life. :)

I love him to pieces and if I could him 4 new legs, I would today..I have had dogs all my life, and all very good dogs, love them all, but he is the best one ever...I would do anything to help him..just praying these injections with the therapy make a big difference, we will know in about a month.. sweetvelvet @sell_everything Thank you. :-) Am I seeing correctly that the only size of the black arm shaper you have in stock is the 3x? If so, do you know about what number size it corresponds to?

sell_everything @sweetvelvet yes that is all I have left in black at the moment. I have many more sizes in tan left still though. I posted a picture of the sizing chart on the tan arm shapers and it says that a 3x is about a 26-28 hope that helps!

I honestly want a black one, but I can wear from an 18/20 to a 24 now( depending on how stretchy etc, mostly bc of my belly being so "flappy". ) But my arms have so much excess skin, etc that the 3x may end up working. I wanted to wear it with a dress that has see through sleeves. Does the tan look like super obvious shapewear? I figured the black would be harder to tell.

sell_everything @sweetvelvet the shape wear is solid around the bust and back and capped sleeves then it turns into delicate see through mesh on your arms so I don't think it would be too noticeable
