terriaw46 Hi I'm new at this. I was in the middle of purchasing a torrid bralette and went back to see if there was a faster shipping option. When I tried to go and complete the purchase the app wouldn't take me back and the item now says reserved. Can I still purchase this item?

jagassner @terriaw46 hello! Welcome to Poshmark!I don’t have any items on hold so I’m not sure why it would say reserved. It’s possible that someone might have purchased it, and Poshmark marks it as reserved while they’re processing the payment. As far as shipping goes, all items are shipped either 2 or 3 day priority (determined by USPS) & I ship the same day they’re ordered, or the next day at latest if the post office is already closed or I’m working. I like to get my orders to my customers ASAP! ☺️

jagassner @abigailgracef hi! I’ve been looking at all the expedited shipping options available and I just don’t think it will be possible to get this item to you before Sunday. UPS would cost between $91-122, fedex costs $88-120 for Saturday delivery, and USPS’s express shipping can’t get it to you by Sunday. These rates are calculated off a 1lb envelope, so I just don’t see a viable, cost effective option to get it to you before your trip. I’m sorry! I would help if it was possible.

jojamoe Shoe question. OMG I love your shoe selection, due to having kids the little buggers made my feet wide. However my big problem is I need a size 12. Do you have any 12w. Please let me know, I wish I had a size 7/7.5 I would buy your entire closet. Sadly I dont.

jagassner @jojamoe Thank you so much! The only 12W I currently have is a brown Gladiator sandal. My other 12Ws have already sold. The lower sizes that I have are not by design...they were just the only sizes I could get my hands on lol. I was so bummed I couldn’t find any larger sizes because I don’t wear a 7/7.5 either 😆. But! I’m always buying and adding more inventory, and I will keep trying to get the bigger sizes when I can.

They are listed as NWT TORRID 18T STUDIO DELUXE STRETCH STRAIGHT PANT and they have a 34” inseam. The sizing is listed as 18, but in the title and description I specified that they are in fact TALL. Hope that helps 😊

jagassner @mtsmyhome hi! I get notifications when people add things to their bundle. Usually people add items to their bundle and purchase when they’re ready. Poshmark also notifies me after 24 hours if someone creates a bundle but did not purchase it
