beachposher Jessica, I just received your rating for the purple shoes: I am so sorry that you were disappointed in your item. I am a Posh ambassador and have a STELLAR 5 stars-rating for every single item that sold in my closet. These shoes were -as stated- only worn once inside a house and after scrutinizing the pics, I'm pretty sure the discoloring you mention at the zipper is just how they were manufactured. beachposher you'll see that I always disclose ANY little problem with my items. My point is: if you were unhappy with the shoes, rather than giving me a poor rating you should have contacted Posh, contested the sale and returned the item: I would gladly have taken them back and refunded your money. Now you are stuck with the shoes and I am stuck with the crappy rating.... Again I'm sorry but I think this is very unfair.
