leslieanne414 @jayjess12 Hi! I just wanted to update you on the order mixup. I’ve contacted Customer Support and given them the order numbers and buyers’ info. They said that they try to respond within 24 hours, but that there may be a slight delay because of a “new email system.” I will follow up with them tomorrow morning. I appreciate your patience! In order to give you a refund and finally get your ring to you, you’ll need to open a case on Poshmark saying that you received the wrong item. jayjess12 @leslieanne414 I want the ring. I already contacted Posh with subject return. Left the message and submitted it. Haven't had a response from them in what to do now. And if I send this package back . Do I have to pay to have it shipped back??

leslieanne414 @jayjess12 Hi Jessica, did you go to your “Purchases” and select “Problems/Order Inquiry?” From there you’d need to select “Order Not as Described,” and explain that you received the wrong item.

leslieanne414 @jayjess12 So you don’t need to contact Customer Support, or wait for their reply. On my end, it shows that the order is still “Pending Acceptance” and it should indicate that you’ve gone through the steps I just described.

leslieanne414 @jayjess12 I will approve the item return and once I have the item back, you will receive your refund. My understanding is that you are not responsible for the cost of shipping it back. I’m sure that you’ll get information about that once you open the case. Let me know what’s happening on your end, and I’ll do the same. leslieanne414 @jayjess12 Jessica, I replied to the case inquiry, explaining what happened with the shipping labels. The next thing that should happen is that Poshmark will approve the return and refund. You’ll have to ship the item back to me in order to get your refund, and so I can send you the ring.
