jessicazsilva @sellingsmiles Oh dear, I'm sorry! I assumed poshmark was also reimbursing you for the cost because it does not give me an option to print the return label under "purchases". Is there a way to reopen the case?

sellingsmiles Maybe because it was "cancelled" it didn't reimburse or give a label option. I feel bad that I can't do anything from my side because I am the seller. I have only dealt with one other case, but the buyer never returned the product so I was reimbursed. I think that is a second option? I'm not sure. Because it is a low cost option it isn't a huge deal, but it was funny because I was debating giving this to my sister before poshing!
