karijoe Hi- you recently bought some lululemon crops from me. I apologize for the size mix-up- I truly thought they were a 6. I already messaged poshmark to let them know I am ok if you return them and refund your $, as long as they delete the review. Again, I apologize for the mix-up and inconvenience, I have never had anything like this happen.

jesshampton89 @karijoe Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry for the 1-star, I had reached out to Poshmark more than 3 times and gotten no response from them and the system forced me to accept...they were in excellent condition and I totally understand the situation.

karijoe @jesshampton89 I still have not heard back from them yet either. I've tried to send you my email so that we can return/refund but the system keeps blocking it.

jesshampton89 @karijoe they sent me an email that stated they were letting you keep the funds and refunding me + letting me keep the leggings. I would continue reaching out to them if you aren't happy with that outcome.

karijoe @jesshampton89 Well I'm glad it all worked out. I received an email from them stating they wouldn't change the rating, which I'm pretty bummed about bc it was an honest mistake. I wonder if you are able to add/update the rating at this point. ?? Again, I apologize for the confusion.

jesshampton89 @karijoe On my end, postmark cancelled it so I can't change the rating - I'm sorry! I'll reach out to them to see if they can do it for me but I still have heard back from them on two other email :)
