jjolly310 @jesspink18 I’m hoping your offer of $4 on an $18 item was a typo. If I accepted that I wouldn’t even make money after packing expenses. I would make $1.05... before shipping.

ashley__br00ke Hey Jess that bottle was factory sealed. I also have pictures of it factory sealed and a print out of the package weight. I always document package weight so When things like this happen, i can prove my point. I don’t know what you did to your bottle but you would have noticed damages the day you received it and ranked it at 5 stars. I have almost 700 5 star review and rarely do I run across people who do things like this but I don’t sell used products.
