jessshines @chicnation I contacted UPS this afternoon and they have no record of receiving it. The tracking said that the label was created on Friday 3/10 at 5:46pm EST. Please follow up on this. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

jessshines @chicnation I checked the tracking number again and it still shows that UPS is waiting for the item. Did they give you a receipt or any proof of drop off? Is the tracking number above correct?
