Hi Jessica, I left a comment for you on your purchase but wanted to reach out every way possible to let you know that I somehow confused the shipping labels and sent the wrong item to you. I have been in touch with the woman who received your bag, and have also reached out to poshmark. I am awaiting a response from them on next steps for me to rectify this situation. I am so so sorry for this mix up. Please let me know when you receive your box, as it should have a pair of shoes in it.

@jakkytasca hi! Sorry I go off grid for for work and am just seeing this now. It's no problem, these things happen!! (and it's for me, not a Christmas gift, so plese don't stress, haha!)I believe poshmark will send you a return label to send me, and I use that to return.

Hi jess, poshmark said that you should “open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you.”
If you have issues doing this because you accepted already maybe open a case and email them? Let me know how you make out.
