cstires329 The main zipper on the bag is broken and that was not in the listing description. I’m hoping you will be willing to reconcile this since the purchase was just made a week ago

jwa248 @cstires329 Hi- I just saw this message. I am certain that that zipper worked because I unzipped it and zipped it to clean the bag. I haven’t used it since March when I last traveled and it was zipping perfectly. It has always had a stiffer zip to it meaning it’s not a fast zip because of the larger zipper if that makes any sense. But I know I wasn’t having issues with it because I my computer was in there. I am not sure what we need to do? I’m so sorry ☹️

cstires329 @jwa248 it was an easy miss bc it’s the one zipper that almost always stays down so I’m sure you just didn’t even realize. I’m not familiar enough with Posh but I’d really just like a refund. As a single mom that gets zero help from the dad I’m really not in a position to have just dropped that money on something that’s broken

jwa248 @missdee323 Hey I wish I did. I just have the few Kevin Murphy products listed. Have you tried color proof shampoos and conditioners? They have a plumping shampoo and conditioner that is insane! I’m obsessed. The conditioner gives you more volume than the shampoo. It doesn’t make your hair feel dry you get tons and tons of volume. I can tag you if you want to research

missdee323 @jwa248 I haven’t! Right now I have olaplex shampoo I use and just a lil bit of KM plump conditioner left ... and I have short Bob hair and it just it give volume! And smells so good lol
