jesslnorris @ceciluli hey, not sure how you came to that conclusion? I got it about a year ago brand new at a store. It was not bought online.

ceciluli @jesslnorris Apparently there are some really great fakes, but the loose edges all along the inside of the bag are the giveaway. The threading in the lining is sloppy and frayed, it's missing the little Swedish flag, but more importantly, it's not water resistant, as it should be. Bummer. The inside of the bag looks just like this fake one she's describing in the video: https://kankenbag.co.uk/original-vs-imitation/. I have a Fjallraven Tote Pack No. 1 and the quality is vastly different.

jesslnorris @ceciluli hmmm sorry girl, I have pics of it still and everything you’re describing is off. The material of real vs fake are the biggest giveaway. fake have a shinier material and front patch and smoother surface. Where real have a rougher feel to them, as you would be able to tell. Also, the fact that I bought it new with tags (I realize what fake ones with tags look like and what the authentic tags look like) so, not sure what you’re getting at here but I think you’re mistaken. Xx

ceciluli @jesslnorris I'm going off of the comparison shown in the video (with the frayed lining, for example) and the fact that I have a real one, though a different model, and there is a noticeable difference in quality. Of course I could be mistaken, you saw it when you bought it brand new with tags, but what I'm "getting at", is that the quality is just not what I had expected. I'm reluctant to take it out in the rain, which is not the case for my other fjallraven.
