jdd5d @leelee1955 I didn’t se a mistake, I did see where you dropped the price, no worries, it took me some time to learn the whole poshmark thing and lord when I did, I was buying and selling like crazy, lol. You can always ask any body for help or even me, just comment on any of my items ANY type of poshmark questions you have about any thing and I will help you the best I can:)

lkennedy88 Hi. I am new to posmark and dropped you box off at the post office in the drop boxes on Tuesday 12/1. I called the post office and they told me that sometimes when the package is dropped off it doesn’t get scanned until it’s delivered. I definitely learned my lesson and won’t drop a package in the drop box. I hope you received you package Friday or Saturday. It’s so hard to figure out how to contact you. kathycasita1 Hello. This is the first time a bundle has been presented to me. I accepted your offer of $75 well below the posted prices totaling $138 for 5 pairs of shoes. But, the weight is over 5 pounds. I just followed the instructions to print off a new label for this 6.4 lb box and learned that I will be charged the additional $9 shipping. I sent an inquiry to Poshmark and will not ship until I receive clarification. Perhaps you’re familiar with how this works.

jdd5d @kathycasita1 I’ve bought a lot of stuff on here but only sold a few things so I’m not sure how that works but you could maybe cancel the order and split it into 2 orders that way it won’t charge you any extra and I can pay the second shipment charge, that would be fine for me, it could be 2 separate orders at 37 and then I pay to the the shipping fee’s

kathycasita1 Okay, please bear with me. I have the 5 pairs all boxed and ready to go. I'll wait to hear back from Poshmark, but I wanted you to know I won't be shipping tomorrow as planned. I, too, mentioned in my inquiry to Poshmark that I should split the bundle into 2 sets so that I won't incur additional shipping costs. I guess I'm not understanding why I, as the seller, would have to pay additional shipping when you, as the buyer chose to buy more--especially when I accepted a deeply discounted offe

And, I have to figure out how to cancel your offer. I hope I can easily cancel it--or maybe you can--then you could just bundle 2 pairs as one purchase and the other 3 as the other purchase. jdd5d @kathycasita1 actually you have another pair of shoes that I want, I can go ahead and buy them and then you throw the extra pair in that box and you won’t be charged anymore and it would be the same shipping price for me with 2 orders. That should keep both orders under the shipping weight limit. How does that sound?

kathycasita1 I could kick myself! I canceled your bundle last night...thinking you would be creating 2 new bundles. BUT, I didn't think it through that when you placed a new order I would have a shipping label for that and a label for the other 5 pairs, but I would pack them 3 and 3 or 4 and 2 so that each box is under 5 lbs. Anyway, I didn't think about that so now you'll have to order the original 5 as a bundle for $75 and I'll have another shipping label. I hope I'm not totally confusing you. Thank yo

I honestly thought I represented my shoes in good faith, I wish you had contacted me with your disappointment as we had already been messaging each other back and forth. I would be happy to refund your purchase price. I don’t know how to do it through Poshmark; my message got kicked back when I offered to send you the money. I am sorry there was a problem; I didn’t see that coming.

jdd5d @kathycasita1 I’ve just had a terrible day today, had meetings after meetings and no sooner I got to work the whole sole came off the born loafers, I knew it was a little spot on the left shoe but this was the right shoe, I’ve been trying to slowly walk to my meeting with out the whole thing coming off. I should had messaged you directly, sorry about that. I’m not sure how any of that works, may be a question directly for Poshmark support
