@jessmey that’s an easy one 😉 Posh Ambassador is kind of a status you achieve once you do a bunch of things (buy a certain amount, sell a certain amount, get good reviews and love notes, ship fast etc). Ambassadors are usually more experienced and should be able to answer your questions.

Hiya! Glad your package arrived safe and sound! I’m sorry about the scent - everything is laundered but I think the ziploc bag leaves a musty smell sometimes. I want to make sure everything is protected though so I’m not sure how to get around this 🤔

@mandyberlin54 I apologize for giving a poor rating. I just wish I had been warned if something was see-through because that means I can't wear it. I am unaware of how to "reconsider" or fix it. Going through your ratings it appears you hid or deleted it anyway. My previous purchase I said that I loved so I'm confused about how this is a bad review but I apologize. I'll be sure to ask lots of questions before buying again.

Hi Jessica! I wanted to let you know that I wrapped you items and gave them to my building’s concierge on Friday to be mailed out. I am unsure why the package hasn’t started tracking yet. They aren’t there on Sundays, but will contact them first thing tomorrow and follow up with you when I hear from them. I am so sorry for the delay. I’ve never had a problem before. Fingers crossed, there was just a glitch at the post office and you get your items early this week.
