nghass hi Jessica. I purchased and paid for shoes for my daughter through you. im not sure how you Shipped it but the post man name and did I owe $16.25. my total wasn't even the much so I'm not sure what to do but I'm not paying $16.00. I have until tomorrow. thx

jmom74 @nghass I am so sorry that happened..I am also sorry that I am not able to be in charge of shipping…that is handled directly through Poshmark…they pay for shipping and we as a seller print out the label and the post office handles it from there..this is confusing to me as well because Poshmark pays all shipping..I will look into this immediately and let you know! Hang tight and again, I am truly sorry..this will get straightened out! 💯😊

jmom74 There was no balance due they just couldn’t deliver because they had nowhere secure to deliver it. You can go pick it up at your local post office no charge. Please let me know how that goes so I can continue to help you in any way! Fingers crossed! 👍😊

nghass @jmom74 no, we take to the post man and I said I want posting anything additional so he said he would mark itv as not a secure place to leave item so he could return it to post office and let me figure it iut
