arb2013 I haven’t received my boots yet. My local post office said they are still at the Texas facility. I received a notification earlier last week advising I was receiving them on February 20th, but they never came. Can you help me?

vtgvoodoostudio @arb2013 I spoke with my post office and they are showing the same info - it is still showing at the next facility in tx. the attendant said she doesn't think it is actually still there but doesn't know why it isn't showing up somewhere else. if you haven't received it by Thursday, I will do a missing mail search and file a claim. please keep me posted.

arb2013 @jj56398 I so wanted those boots! I did send Posh CS a email too. They advised me they where working on it to and if I haven’t heard anything by March 3, to contact them again.

vtgvoodoostudio @arb2013 I'm so sorry! I have submitted a mail search through USPS. I am not able to file a claim until after 15 days which will be Wednesday. I will make a not to file it then. please keep me posted if they show up before then. you also might check with neighbors, in bushes, etc. I once found a package in the bushes next to my gate!
