wendychavez09 Hi I just noticed that you sent me a comment that you never receive the order but the status delivery shows it’s been delivered I don’t understand maybe someone else in your house received a package?

jlniebuhr @wendychavez09 I’m not sure why postage said the package was delivered. I never received it. I haven’t had trouble receiving other packages, so misplacement is not the problem. I’ve been in touch with Poshmark, but they have not been helpful. I know it’s not your fault, but I’m frustrated that the money has been deducted from my account already. I’m asking for reimbursement, but have not heard back. It’s too bad because this was my first order. Not a great first experience @poshmark ☹️

wendychavez09 @jlniebuhr I look in to my emails and I got a email saying that the package arrive at Dallas Texas post office in is ready to be picked up can you please go to the post office just make sure maybe they do have it I’m sorry for any inconvenience but I hope this work out for both of us thank you

jlniebuhr @wendychavez09 I’m sorry about that. I checked the post office and it was not there. I checked the tracking number and it’s tracking in both in Virginia and Dallas, so that is very odd. The post office in Dallas had no idea what to do. Apparently the original issue was that my name was not on it. That’s what my leasing office said.
