scsnola Hi Jessica, sorry you found the jacket not cleaned. I had literally just picked it up from the dry cleaner and packed it up for you! I should have inspected it more thoroughly and included my receipt to let you know it was dry cleaned the day you purchased it. I hope you dry cleaner can clean it to your satisfaction.
