beach_styles No problem I can help, if you ever have a question for anyone just make sure you do it on a sold item so it’s not listed on an item for sale. So if the person received the package The order should say delivered, if it says delivered it takes about three days for the money to go through if they have an excepted it if they except it it goes automatically into your account so sometimes it just takes a while if they don’t respond it will automatically go in without a problem💛👍🏻 good luck
