thriftyatd Hi Jessica you recently purchased my oversize cardigan. It’s super pretty I know. While boxing it up And doing one last look I noticed a hole in the seam and a snag on the back. chrislevesqu546 Hi Jessica, I just received your rating and comments. I’m sorry the tote took so long getting to you, but I did ship it out that Monday following the weekend when you purchased it. It looks like USPS had delivery delays which was out of my control. As for the comment of broken, I’m not sure what was broken as it was in great condition when I pack it. Maybe it got bounced around during shipping. I’m sorry you are not happy, as I wish you would have reached out to me earlier. 🥰
