bracy15 @alisperez hi Alis, I very much apologize. I didn’t know that you did not receive the shoes until now. I try very hard to get products shipped out to my customers within a close to 24-36 hours. On my end, the product says that it was delivered.

bracy15 From your review, it looks like you attempted to contact poshmark themselves, and they have not responded. I will also submit a report to poshmark. Again, I apologize this happened. As a customer, I would be upset if this happened to me. I’ll try and do whatever I can to try and make it right for you.

bracy15 @alisperez this is what I found: If your order has been marked as delivered but never arrived Please report this by: Go to your Account Tab Select My Purchases Select the item you purchased Select Problems/Order Inquiry Select Order Not Delivered I hope this helps - i will also try and report it to poshmark too
