citrusnsage @jessray93 ok so one issue is not an issue. Apparently Poshmark will ship to a PO Box. I found the information in their FAQs but will wait to hear how we can change your shipping address and the shipping label🙂

citrusnsage @jessray93 Good Morning I got a response from Posh mark explaining that it may take up to 48 hours for them to respond. Just wanted to let you know. I will ship as soon as I get instructions from Poshmark support.

citrusnsage @jessray93 Hey Jessica still have not heard from Posh support but was reading a thread on redit about a similar situation. Would you mind changing your address in the app and I will try printing a new label and we can see if that works. Let me know thank you🙂

citrusnsage @jessray93 Well that didn't work unfortunately the old address is still on the new shipping label☹️No word from Posh support yet. Do you see a way to cancel from your side? Maybe that would let us start over?

jessray93 @citrusnsage I found a way!!!! I had to go into the purchase itself and edit the shipping using a verification code. It should have sent you a new shipping label :)
