bobbiekromeich @popples482 hi just wondering if you have had any luck w getting Lisa to pick up her package? She's promised twice to pick mine up but so far has not. bobbiekromeich @popples482 I have been on Posh for years and have never encountered this. I went to the part of the area where it shows the details and clicked on the part that says shipping/ tracking problems. I contacted thru that link and asked them to look at the details and to release my funds. Mine is a 50$ sale and I really needed the money. I've been ill and in hospital and still got her Pkg shipped and she can't be bothered to pick it up.

bobbiekromeich @popples482 go to your sales and click on the item. At the bottom it says problems/ order inquiry. Click there and then on release payment. Sorry for misinfo on previous post. Or just go thru contact customer support.

bobbiekromeich @popples482 I just emailed Posh and this was my message. The package has been at the post office since the 16th. Buyer has promised to pick up several times to me and another seller but has yet to follow thru. So it's obvious that the buyer has been notified of the delivery. This is a 50$ item. How long do we have to wait for our money?

popples482 @bobbiekromeich hey that buyer finally went and picked the item up. She also gave me a one star and claimed I harassed her. Worst buyer ever, wish we could rate her to let other sellers know to avoid her

popples482 @daisysden sorry my child is 2 and the item does not fit, the question is were you 100 percent satisfied and I can’t be because it did not fit and I now have to re-sell the item. I fully understand the rules and the chances one takes. We have sounder 2t mittens that fit fine, it’s obviously a manufacturer difference. Other than that of course the product was fine, new, etc.
