lovelakeerie Hi Jessica! I was just checking on the shipping status of your boots and noticed that they were marked as out for delivery on Oct. 1 @ 8:35 am, but now they show as Return to Sender. I've never see that happen before. If they are truly being returned to me, I'm not sure what went wrong? Were they delivered? Please let me know. I will reach out to Poshmark, if needed. Thanks!

lovelakeerie Hi again! I reached out to Poshmark and they said that the package could not be delivered because the label that they sent me at the point of sale, is not your correct address now. They have asked if I want to try and resend the boots to your new address, once they are returned back to me. Is this correct - did you change your address recently? Please let me know and I’ll proceed with re-shipping them to you to the correct address. Thank you!

jessica21kirk @lovelakeerie Hi am sorry that I haven’t responded. I was waiting for the boots and yes they have not shown up. I’m not sure what to do at this point.My address is the same. I’ve received a lot of other packages from Poshmark.

I have been emailing Poshmark since last week & still haven't received an answer about what happened & why the package was marked as undeliverable. They seem to be under the impression that the address is different than what is on the label. Not sure what is happening, but I am working to try & get to the bottom of it! :)

lovelakeerie @jessica21kirk Hello again! I finally got through to USPS & spoke to a customer service agent. They have opened a case & will reach out to the post office in your town. They said I should hear back from them within 2 -3 biz days. So, I'll let you know what I hear back from them when I do.

lovelakeerie @jessica21kirk Also, if you have a chance, it might not be a bad idea to ask your postal carrier (or ask at your local post office) to see if they might have any information on the status of the package and/or why it was deemed undeliverable, especially since your address is correct on the label. It doesn't make any sense... Just a thought to try and cover all of the bases. :) I'm trying not to leave any stone unturned with this one! Lol! Have a great weekend! Talk to you next week.
