@rainydayspour hello I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from here and I received an email saying the seller had sent me a message but I’m unable to open it and when I go to my account and my purchases it’s empty but the money was taken out of my account? I’m wondering if I am getting a confirmation email, if that was it and when I can expect my shipment?

@jessica_harpin hello Jessica, so the easiest way to check the status of your package is to go into your purchases and it will either say "awaiting shipment" if it has not been shipped yet or "awaiting USPS scan" if they sent it but has not been scanned yet and shipped if it has been sent. You should have received an email

On the email address you used to open your account giving you a confirmation of your order. It usually take 3-5 for shipping however some people do ship fast. If you have not seen your purchase updated to shipped within 7 days of the dress of purchase you may cancel. You can ask the person the status of your package simply by tagging there name in the sold post or going to the about and meet the posher tab on their closet.

@rainydayspour I don’t think I was was a member when I made the purchase actually because when I click on purchases it says I have none but I have a receipt from poshmark and the money was taken from my debit account I just don’t know what to do from here cause I can’t open her message FROM my email and don’t see it anywhere in my profile info.. her name is “thatonegirl99” I can look in her closet but don’t know how to contact her at all

@jessica_harpin you should try looking on there for those shoes make sure you have the proof that you purchased them such as the confirmation email as well as a bank statement saying "poshmark redwood City"

@rainydayspour I only have two emails and I tried both I’m logged in thru Facebook and when I try to log in with my email it’s saying my password is wrong now and I don’t know how to check or change it
